If you are only changing your PADS then it wont matter if its a lx / ex or whatever well not the Si (usdm of course) but yeah pads are pads abs makes no diffence on what pads to use

Drain bolt is on the bottom backside of the tranny and to FILL it is where the dipstick is on top just place a funnel in there and fill to spec

You can get aftermarket coilpacks from ignition solutions and they claim to boost the spark but the cost is not worth it I think its around $400
