Piston rings are fried. I heard it could also be bad valve seals. What i did learn from school is that blue smoke definitely indicates fried piston rings

Depends on where the oil is located. If the threading of the spark plug has oil then check your spark plug hole oring gasket that is part of the valve cover gasket kit. If the oil is on the spark...

Jus take note that the dust cover behind the rotor, a big black thin circular piece of aluminum, could be partial scraping against your rotor somewhere. Could be because you grabbed it and pressed it...

Check your timing and also do a (cylinder) compression test. You can rent a compression guage from a autozone or oreillys and get your full refund back when you return it

I would check simple things first. Check oil for radiator fluid contamination (milky). Check radiator fluid for oil contamination. Check your timing, make sure engine rotates (ie water pump etc)....

When doing throttle screw idle adjustments, the "standard" is to unplug the IACV at a certain point. Just hopefully the car doesn't shut off on you since it is already at low idle

I would look into your IACV, Idle Air COntrol Valve, and then your Fast Thermal Idle Valve. In the inside's of them, they have adjustments, I would research here on HT on a DIY of how to do it.

Try grabbing a flathead screwdriver, turn on the car, wait for it to get to normal operating temp, then there will be a gold flathead screw on the upper portion of the throttlebody. Turn clockwise...

Sounds like u need to clean your throttle body. Get a can of carb cleaner, take off your intake tube from the throttle body. Use the lever to open the throttle plate, and spray some carb cleaner on...
