Maybe you can try just 1 or 2 key mounts with inserts? Maybe there's a sweet spot between performance and comfort? I've thought about inserts myself, but I have a Solid steel rear MM and I LOVE it.

Another thing I just noticed. I was driving it today and after some driving time it started acting up again, until I got the CEL and limp mode. I shut off the car, almost inmediately turned it back...

Thats the thing, I own a 94 del Sol, so it's pretty rare to find specific del Sol parts around here, specially mine that is an EG2 ( OEM B16A3). Anyways, what I've heard from not so trustworthy...

Wait I'm confused. So the muffler on a 1.6 SOHC non-vtec Civic is the same as the muffler on the B16A3 civic? Because around here where I live, there's TONS of SOHC model mufflers, and DOHC vehicle...

Forgot to specify, the cutout opens and closes, I'm looking for an " as quiet as possible " sound from when my cutout is on the closed position and my exhaust is flowing through the entire piping.

You're avoiding the inevitable. Buy NEW belts, and use the conditioner every 3000 miles to prolong the GOOD HEALTH of the belts, not try to bring old belts back to good working order.
