I know this is a really old thread but I found it and read it. I just dropped my civic around 3" and just a Fyi the front bump stops are about 5" tall in front so that can make the ride quality...

It's not the sway bar, links are new and really tight. It could be the bearings and seal's but I jacked it up and did the bearing test, the only problem i can find is the axle shafts move in and out...

I bought one of those kits that comes with lower control arms with all the bushings installed, tie rod ends and swaybars ends and new arm mounting hardware/bushings.

Thanks, I just had the front end re-built, is it possible he didn't put it back together correctly? I don't have a common clicks or sounds like bad half shafts would normally make.

I've been having a problem with a rattle clunk at lower speeds, when I ride the brakes a tiny bid there is silence. So I rebuilt the front end. Everything is new except the struts and strut tower...

I think it's the one inside the fender on the passenger side of the car, you must unclip the inner fender well and reach in be-hind the head light. you'll see it once your in. Hope this helps! Fog's...

Less than a year ago I bought a new Optima Battery for $209.00! To me this battery seems highly over rated, I have the yellow top, My car always starts but the power coming out of it seems weaker...

I really like that sound. If you dont like it get a stock air box, the tube syle intake/air filter yield's minimul HP gains, if any. The stock box is very quiet.

I noticed the EM2's generate alot of road noise also, I have two EM2's and both are louder than my 90 CB7 with the same wheel's and tire's! I'm pretty sure the EM'2's are tin cans with minimal sound...

Dude from what i've seen if its the main input shaft bearing this can cause the crank problems, witch will cause premature engine failure and or bad vibration! Keep this in mind! Remember the piolet...

What's a radiodisc unit! In the faq section you can find a wiring diagram for the factory alarm wiring harness for the em2. I would check it out.

Some 6.5's will fit in front with a little adapter plate, 6X9 in rear, 12's in the crunk!
Some drilling may be required in the front for 6.5's, save the black plastic door housing, or go with 4" for...

You might need to get some air out of the coolant system! This will cause a guage problem as you describe! When you let off the gas it goes back to normal right!

You need to burp the air out of the coolant system! I had the same problem after changing a upper hose! It took me a while to figure out the problem but that was it!...

I drive 45 min to work and 45 back but I noticed if I look at the inside of the trunk lid it sweats pretty bad witch will get the sub box moldy and moist! Ill look into the tail light gaskets also!
