It makes the noise when car is in motion and sometimes when at stand still.

Also the suspension guy said that my F and R engine mounts needs changing and the 2 big front cradle bushings.

I'm getting the same problem. My mechanic said a part of the steering rack which is a mount is busted.

Anyone can elaborate?

I dropped my car about 8 months aback...

As soon as i got the car i changed the rims to 17 inch wrapped with 205/50/R17.

I haven't touched the suspension as yet. But i want to put som lowering springs on the car but i want to sort out...

What i can tell you is that i do not want to go lower than a 1.5 inch drop.
