Thinking bad thermostat. Could be heater control valve is faulty. Mine went out in my 93, easy fix.

Hmm, is your fan kicking on? Also may want to try a compression test to see if your headgasket is ok. I don't know if the pressure washing may have caused something to come loose but I would recheck...

I bought from someone that had an online store in FL. Turns out he was the middle man and the engine I got came from a japanese warehouse in Canada. Came clean but needed a new clutch and had a blown...

It could be a number of different things. I have the same setup and mine started overheating last week. Turns out the radiator had a hairline crack in it that just decided to let loose one day.
