theres no real science behind it. just thin it out til you can spray it. usually 10% or so. just experiment a little. also it usually take about 3 qts to a gallon to paint a car

any d-series engine isnt really going to respond greatly to bolt-on (headers, exhaust, cai) its not like a V8. they are good engines for boost (not the d15 due to small rod diameter) but they respond...

ugh.... it really depends on what you want to do with your car? if your goin to run your car at a track, go H2B or H2D lol. if you just want to be able to say you got a d-series with 400hp then go...

the heat expands the metal (blow dryer = very little expansion) and the cold makes the metal shrink quickly theoritically making the dent pop out to its original shape.

tried it and it didnt work...

what type of car is it? with some cars the ac and fan relays are the same. try switching them and see if that solves the problem. check numbers first. if your fan shuts off theres your problem.

my advice to you is go with the OEM cam of choice, ITR, CTR, etc... then build on the car in traction or just throw on some drag slicks. you will be really close to your goals at this point. then...

esp headers are a easy bolt on i hear and they produce some good horse power. i would rather go with the rmf tho... but this is a good thread showing people that not all bolt on mods are easy to do...

try seafoaming it... my h22 lude has 200+ thousand on it and i did it and it ran a little better afterwards. is it a vtec? does it bog down at all in the rpm range? does the engine at idle sound...
