i should have thought to do that before returning the tester.think i will wait and see if its cured or needs more work since the radiator isnt losing coolant right now.maybe a trip to daytona next...

his old cap appears to be working better than the new one.at least the radiator was full once the car had cooled off so it was allowing the coolant back into the radiator.the combustion gas leak...

electrical is not my strong suit.are the bulb sockets free of corrosion?i had the drivers side turn signals go out and replaced the realy which fixed the problem.nice looking sol BTW...

can the master cylinder rod make the front brakes lock up or can it be the brake booster going bad ?

no on the rod it drive good before the front brakes lock up and don't know why can that make it do that ?

hard starting SI,part two

sons del sol is a 1993 SI.mostly stock.starts hard in the morning or when its been sitting for a few hours.it will crank for about 15 seconds then finally start and run fine.if shut off it will start...

finally found a used one today,no fluid on the outside running down like the one on my sol.got it for 35 bucks,30 day warrantee.managed to break loose all the line fittings on the old one and the new...

thanks...bought the line wrench but im having a hard time finding a new or used prop valve.seems to be a popular part but discontinued.
