1) what did you replace with the tune up?
2) what do you mean by over revving?
3) is it an automatic transmission?

over revving is usually an auto trans slipping. nothing a tune up would fix.

You can buy Energy Suspension compliance bushings online. But, you have to have them pressed im by a mechanic.

ive had them installed for over a year no issues. filled the bushings with construction grade urethane.

oem bushings are gonna blow anyways, they suck.
