I have seen it done but the headache and endless hours of work just didnt seem worth it,my suggestion get a sir cluster from hmotorsports and it will really make the ef dash look clean:)

Nothing above a 16in,And if you planning to stretch your tires i wouldnt recommend it.It may look cool but i have gotten so many ppl come buy tires from me from a blowout on a stretched tire lol.
