Opening up head chambers to match block

For those of you running 85-86mm b series blocks with vtec head, do you have to open up the chambers in the head to match the block to clear the pistons?

We just tried m5 on my 13:1 b20v. Car loved it, picked up 10hp and 11lbs tq over e85 and the car seems to rev much more freely above 9k now.

twin disc overkill for 240+ hp

All motor drag car, no street duty, will a single disc hold 240+ long term without overheating and slipping, or is it time to go twin disc?

I may be wrong, but the ultra race seems to be similar design to victor x but allows more...

Im upgrading from my 1.8L setup which i ran ported itr intake manifold, tuner 2 cams and dtr/hytech side exit header, car made 218hp and was running mid 12s at 104-106 @ around 2400lbs with crap 1.8...

Once the car is strapped in place on the rollers try to figure out a way to actually strap the car down with extra straps pulling down on the car to keep tires from spinning. We used an above ground...

we adjusted cam gears to +2 intake and 0 exhaust, tuner said without measuring valve to valve clearance he wasn't comfortable going any further. i wanted to advance intake a lil more and try...

Im not going to be going back to the same dyno so numbers are going to be a little skewed, but car was running consistant 13.4-13.5 at 99-100mph in a 94 integra

Just curious, when you say you picked up a ton of power after adjusting the gears, how much are we talking about? 3-4hp or like 5-10?

I have a 98 spec jdm itr with two layer hg and tuner2s. Cams are not degreed in. When i did timing belt after changing the hg it ended up being a tooth off. Im going to do the timing again and see if...

I put 2.5 qts honda mtf when i put in the tranny, we checked and bled the clutch fluid but still after u drive around for a while everything gets really tight and hard to shift

I just put a 4.7 itr tranny and new clutch in my car last week. When cold or during the first 15 min of driving the tranny shifts like butter, but after a little while it gets really hard to pull out...
