plug the damn horn back in hook up the batterie and shut off the alarm!!!!!!!!you know use that clicker thing your car has to shut off the horn.after you do that try to start it... if it dont start...

buy drilled slotted rotors and next time they wont warp very easy if thats what is wrong with you civic. you can use a micrometer to check for warped rotors or just replace them and go from there!...
