You may have laid down too much clear, should be able to get rid of it with a good wetsanding.

It will depend on the paint you are using, should be on your specs sheet but it is usually 24-48 hours. To be honest, unless you are an experienced painter and doing a show car job you don't need to...

Thats incorrect, caster can cause a pull. If one side is more positive than the other than it will pull to the opposite side such as in OPs case he has positive caster on the drivers side so it pulls...
