ballinthavx said it right, you need the 2.5" 3-bolt triangle flange (and gasket), a 2.5" 'donut flange' (and gasket), and a length of 2.5" pipe to make it the length needed to fill the new space...

Most places that dont carry the BKR7E, carry the NGK 4644. Its the same plug. See if they have the 4644. If Oreily doesn't have it, try NAPA, thats where I got mine.

'97 4-2-1 header vs '98 4-1 header

Ok so I have a '96-'97 ITR/CTR cast style 4-2-1 header with the 2.5" collector going on an LSVtec build.

My question is, am I really going to miss out on a lot of power because I dont have the 4-1...
