1) you can loop the power steering. mines been looped for 3 years now without an issue.
2) you can convert to manual just as you would if you were LHD, plenty of write ups.
3) you cannot use LHD...

100% its a b16 99-00. ordered a brand new one when we first found out it wasnt fitting and it came in to be exactly like the one in the picture. (p/n is exactly what you posted above)
