Personally, I would stick with a good high-quality iridium plug. For your car I would go with the NGK IX iridium plugs part number ZFR5FIX-11. They run $7 or $8 per plug and will get you the best...

Re: noise when i break

It could be the lower control arm bushings. If they are rotten you can have some slop in your suspension which can be heard when you step on the breaks. Chances are that there is a problem in the...

Re: Engine Digital Diagnosis fraud?

Keep in mind that if they attempted to work on your car in order to do some sort of diagnosis then they are entitled to compensation. Just because they couldn't get a reading from the OBD2 port or...

Re: wheel size help

Which direction do the JDM one piece Honda Del Sol SiR headlights point? Are they biased to point toward the center line of the lane? If so, does that mean that if you...

Re: No power at starter signal fuse

Either the main relay has gone bad or the ignition relay has gone bad...you can bet on that. Also, make sure your contacts are clean on the battery, starter, alternator, chassis ground, and...

Re: Newbie!

Welcome to honda-tech. What are your plans for the EG? Are you doing the traditional B-swap...maybe a 300whp turbo D...or are you going to put the 7.2l 455cu/inch Pontiac V-8 in it?

Re: 16" Honda Fit HFP Wheels ON a Del Sol

thanks for the information. I checked out the offset on the stock Del Sol Si 14" rim and it was 45mm so, adding 10mm is a little less than 1/3" on the total track. Also, with 205/40/16 tires my total...

Re: signs of a clutch going bad....

+1 for checking your transmission fluid.
Also, you may have bad synchros in your transmission. When you can't shift or grind all the time that is usually because the transmission is faulty and not...

Anybody?
If I use these rims and need to add a spacer to accommodate the backspace? If you use a spacer can you use a 5mm spacer to make up the 55mm backspace?

Re: 94 Sol Si, SRS Light won't go off!

I found the two plugs that are yellow...but I know for a fact that they aren't the MES. It is really obvious that the plugs are real wiring plugs and not a reset mechanism.

I will keep searching.
