It's in your head. Mugens or any other Civic won't pull much that much harder with an aftermarket intake....the biggest single bolt-on mod (other than forced induction) that would make a noticeable...

Put it to you this way. Your engine's internal normal operating temperature is somewhere between 187 degrees and 194 degrees when you're driving. The thermostat doesn't even kick in...
