Use a multimeter and test for power and connectivity. That is always the first thing I do when I have electrical issues. But do resolve one thing at a time, sometimes it could also resolve other...

if your wanting to use them rather than sell them... the angel eyes should run off 12v, so run it somehow into your parking light wire. My suggestion is to look up how a relay works, and use a relay...

I converted my front end to a 99 and never regreted it. But that's personal opinion, another thought is that I wish I had the 99 interior with the dual din opening for a dvd gps and digital knob...
