yea because honda uses the correct spark plugs, and assorted parts,guys that do these everyday. valve adjustments, know all about service needed for longevity. you get what you pay for. period.

90-93 accord is a tank. i have 90 accord with 334k miles. manual/original trans, original motor. t-belts every 90K or 7 years, plugs, tune every 30k, car is awesome. rusty quarters in ohio weather...

its either the belts aren't adjusted right or holding tension. or they are non-honda drive belts, or they are old belts and glazed. you pick. belt dressing is a band aid

check lower control arm and balljoint. also leaking boot you showed was a power steering rack end boot. normal for older hondas, boot torn though. also if you hit it hard enough it could have bent...

if you've eliminated the fuel main relay then it could be the fuel pressure regulator. honda had a bulletin out for updating fuel pressure regulator, piping, and the ecu for bad programming. more...

there is a spring loaded force that needs to be pulled off steering lock and turn key at the same time pressure is relieved from lock.

honda has major services at 30,60,90,120,150,180K miles. timing belt by 90K miles or 7 years from new date. get that done at honda dealer

try short ram k & n air filter. clean oil, check tire pressures, spark plugs if required, cap and rotor. the think about mufflers, chips, tornado air filters?
