I just changed the pcv valve....and it didnt resolve the idle. I also switched the fpr vacuum line from the fuel cut-off soleniod(obd0) to the int. manifold spout(obd1) and no change in the idle....

I just tested for resistance and the iacv read 13 on my multimeter(specs between 5-18 resistance). Im going out right now to get a new pcv and obd1 itr tb gasket. anymore info.Thanks.

I took the pcv valve off. the valve leaks as i blow through the stem. Air flow is regular as i suck through the stem. Im gonna replace this tomorrow.
