You need a new timing belt. They are not all made equal. I bought a gates belt off amazon and couldnt get it to fit, then i went to oreillys and bought a new gates belt and it fit nicely.

75w-90 is THICK and doesnt flow well. 75w-90 is for differentials.
Amsoil MTF is the best trans oil ive used on my integra. It's a bit pricey at between 13-15 a quart but worth it. I change mine in...

Re: Oil everywhere, how to clean?
i like to wash engines in this way:
1) Use a cloth to wipe off oil as best as you can (degreaser cannot penetrate thick layers of oil very well)
2) use a degreaser and then use a brush of some...

I put the ITR driverside torque mount in my integra LS. I did not notice any difference other than slightly more cabin vibration. I mean very slight.

Thanks for your input. Do you know what brand that TOB was you put in? I think read that the exedy stage 1 came with a nachi or koyo bearing.
Anyone else have input?

Re: So long Integra GS-R, Hello G37s
Not many cars drive as "mechanical" as the integra. That is what makes it such a great driving machine!
I have a 2010 is250 and 8/10 times, i would pick up the integra key to drive.
