Did you check for warpage on the block and did you send out the head to get it check for warpage? They can also check for cracks in the head.

Think the stock thermo switch is about 185. The fan won't overcool or prevent the motor from getting hot....like you said, it you drive it for a while and feel both upper and lower rad hoses, they...

According to a letter sent to us by Honda, injectors they say never need to be cleaned and if the dealer sells it, they shouldn't be. They call it unecessary service.

Bought a t1r 63mm, but the retailer forget to order one for me. So they are sending me the 70 mm with test pipe for the same price as the 63mm. Question is, will I lose anything on the bottom end...

Just to let you know I hardly ever change integra ball joints at work... only the odd time, but i guess if you race a lot or something, then maybe so. Integra ball joints are awesome.

Ok this is how to do it with hammers. Remove the lower ball joint nut and axle nut. Hit the lower arm right at the ball joint to loosen it. Once loosen pull out the knuckle being very careful...

when engine is off the lines are suppose to be at the single line. that is your true
tdc mark. red is 15 degrees advanced. your cams should line up level with the head at this point.

It's suppose to be in the middle of those 3 lines when car is warmed up...at operating temp.

I hate working on vw...honda so much easier. The integra is probably one if not the best car for reliability. Use to work for Acura for 3 years. Still made in Japan not in Mexico like vw.
