So I took the bottom cover off of the ecm and found a burnt circuit.
On the top of the circuit board found a burned transistor at the R135 pinout. Im going to find out what this is directly...

Looks like hes referring to two different headers here. A Bisimoto which he bent and a Hytech header. The hytech header he notched out the crossmember edge for it to fit.
Either way notching out...
