that's ok, we just sharring infos.
when u got bigger rims, u must get low profile tyres and overall diameter would be exactly same as stock. so the speedo's won't be effected.
20" --> 30 profile...

BBK will fill the space inside ur rims, creating 3 dimentional looks.

try to do service at non dealer mechanic and ask them what happen with the SRS light.
they shouldn't changed you for ecu diagnostic and see what happen.

updating my case. bought the buckle switch for my odyssey for only $90 (dealer ask me for about $250), and then, try do DIY, before that just unplug from old buckle switch and plug into new buckle...

I have Honda odyssey, and same problem. The Honda checked the ECU, and error code is 9-3. means : mulfunction driving buckle switch.
need to change the buckle switch.
haven't done yet. but anyone...
