There is definitely a vacuum leak at the bottom of the master power (brake booster) unit.

There is also a humming sound coming from the IACV with the key on position.

I ordered a bosal converter for a 94 integra Ls.... it is the correct length, but the three bolt flange is slightly cocked. Converter body seems a little bigger, and may contact the suspension...

Trying to figure out what actually fits,.....since I don't have anything to work with at the moment, I will have to buy one......I rather be closer than farther away from gettting this on the road.

I ordered an integra LS "test-pipe" from ebay and the flanges are not lining up....

Thanks for the reply, I don't intend on buying a different exhaust manifold/header. I'd think something will work with the setup I have, whether its Integra, Del sol Vtec, or EK Si.... Anybody know?
