bulbs run at 11.5-12V. The 13.5V is a spike caused by the bulb itself that as a result will put stress on the stock harness.
Again, our stock harness is using 18ga. They're not using 12ga or 14ga......

Let me explain you how the DRL's work.
There are three type of DRL modules for cars.
dual filament using the low beam filament as DRL as almost normal wattage.
