I knew about step 30 I just couldnt find where that service port was. After reading more I assume its on the block somewhere. I aslo didnt realize there were 2 balance shafts...

You may want to check your engine timing first. Get a timing light and perform any vacuum plugs as directed on you veci label- found under the hood. I think the timing is around 12 degrees before...

NO its around 50-55 mph in 5th and maybe 40 mph in 4th gear. And t is noticeable only in cruising speed.

In 3rd, 4th and 5th gear while cruising around 2000 RPM I notice a significant power loss, like the car slows down but the speedometer does not fall back....
