Fuel Cutting out at 4000 RPM

Fuel cutting out at 4000 rpm
Car is a 2002 acura rsx, automatic transmission.

Problem is when I put my foot down on the gas to accelerate hard it cuts out at 4000rpm and starts bouncing at 4000...
