The AF16 would be an ideal choice for sure but its a pretty hard engine to come by. And if you do they are pretty pricey.
I opted for the AF05E with 4 bolt intake because its a much...

This (SE50) is the same motor as an 86-87 Aero 50 (NB50). There are parts on Ebay still like big bore kits, clutch kits, exhausts (rare), intake manifolds, bigger carbs, etc. Im currently building...

Swap that motor! You can use a motor off of an 87 elite s, 86-87 aero 50, or 89-01 elite 50 and you should be doing at least 40. Make sure the engine is stamped either AFO5 or AF16 and has a 4 bolt...

Thanks brotha I just fixed it. Didn't have the motor running yet due to a stuck piston ring but got a few new parts on the way to take care of that. Polini Big bore kit, Daytona max exhaust, AF28...
