to clear the codes I think two wires are backwards.. I remember on my friends h22 accord we had to switch 2 wires around (they didnt match up at the ECU)...

It was a bad o2 sensor.. i replaced it today and my power is back and the car no longer bogs!

its an o2 sensor code..

Now I am 100% sure that the problem is either an o2 sensor.. and or my MAP sensor (I am assuming the MAP sensor is the same as a MAF.....

Also there is no lifter noise or anything..
