yes. i put a plastic grocery bag from safeway or food 4 less over it. i tie it around the filter. i also cover the dizzy.

I am not very experienced but I would get the b20 with the B16 head. The B20 has a lot of torque and with the B16 head it would have good top end too.

I think when you change pistons you need to change the piston rings and when you change the piston rings you do have to hone the cylinders. Not positive though.
