Buy a T bevel and angle finder. Use the t bevel to line up your next bend then place the t bevel on a flat surface and use the angle finder to tell you what the next bend degree is.

Thats how they are from the factory. I'd throw that turbo in the trash and get a v-band backsided turbo with something with a 3'' inlet as well.

It's reflected on how much you want to pay someone. For 10-15$ an hour i'd definitely expect having to train someone or somewhat hold their hands. Any of my employees depending on the job they do...

i had the stand up HF Drill press, and I've used the mill, drill press center by HF and both sucked. If you want to use a holesaw to get through stainless expect to be standing there for about 30...

Yep Green Alumina zirconia is the best, they are designed for stainless unlike the blue belts.

Most people dont know why you use green belts, but it has a lubricant in the material that prevents...

just send a gasket or a stock header to one of your local waterjet companies. Or you could always ask tom on here. He has a waterjet and does all kinds of flanges he might even have one for you.

Well the one valid point he had was that you have to re-finish it after its done (powdercoat, paint etc) and that the welds hold fine if they didnt he'd be dead because of a rollover incident he had...
