Re: Feasibility of Certain Repairs on '94 Accord?

Dead Speedo is related to either a failed board in the cluster or some fault with the VSS ontop of the trans. Usually a blinking D4 light means some sort of transmission issue, and you will need to...

Re: Praying for help on a 1997 Accord 2.2 VTEC

Are you getting any codes when you hook up a code reader? Do you even get the CEL during bulb check? Also the ecu is hidden under a plate in the passenger footwell under the firewall carpet. If...

Re: Where can I get a ECM capacitor kit?

As mentioned above. Mouser, Digikey or even Jameco. Having done this before, I would get the numbers off the individual caps themselves and then goto a slightly higher voltage rating on the cap,...

Re: Wet Carpet

I will check into it. On a side note, it's been raining and does not seem like the carpet is excessively wet. Also I have a wagon, so no trunk panels to pop

I know there are 4 corners to this thing, but where do the hoses actually pass through the body to the outside (The rubber nipples)?

Re: 1997 Honda Accord Wagon Brake Question

When I did the front brakes, I didnt change the calipers at all on my wagon. I just changed the 95 2.2l wagon hub to the 98-99 2.3CL hub. I did however use 3.0CL rotors since they're same size as...

Re: 94 Accord wagon exhaust vs. 4dr exhaust

The I4 4-door and the wagon are identical from the engine to the B-pipe. What is different is the muffler. The wagon does not have the notch in the bumper in the place as the sedan or coupe and...

Re: Randomly dies/won't start until sits for 2 min

Do you have the internal or external mounted coil?. Also I would check your Main relay for bad solder joints (this is a common accord/civic problem for this era). Also if you open your ECU, does it...

Re: 97 Accord Wagon vs Sedan Fitment

94-97 4cylinder Sedan hood and front fenders will fit a 94-97 wagon. Other differences to note. 94-95 hoods are different than 96-97 as the badge moved off the hood to the front center bezel. ...

Re: 1997 Honda Accord Wagon Brake Question

To take it one step further, Id look for a pair of 98-99 2.3CL hubs and use the bigger rotor from a 98-99 3.0CL Thats what I did on my 95 Ex wagon. (No more crappy HOR design)

Re: f22b1 to f23a1 swap 94 accord ex

It was not difficult to change the F22B1 to an F23A in a 94-95 car. When I did it, I reused the 95's intake manifold complete with IACV, the distributor, and the thermostat neck. I had also done a...

Re: 1995 accord issues

Pull the ecu from the foot board. Open it and see if it smells like rotten fish. If it does, your capacitors have blown up from age. If they havent, then they're more than likely on their way to...

Re: F23 engine (4cyl) How difficult is Timing belt change?

Do not wrap a chain wrench around the crank pulley, you will only serve to destroy it. Rent the tool, purchase the tool.

Re: F23 engine (4cyl) How difficult is Timing belt change?
