Sounds like it's a case of clutch chatter to me. Might be time to replace it. Does the clutch ever slip on you at all?

I wouldn't worry too much about the rears. Powerslot rotors and OEM pads or equivalent would be more than enough IMO. Most of the braking power you need will be in the front.

The h22a4 has 10 more hp than the h22a1, not the h22a. The h22a is the jdm motor, which has 200 hp as well (I THINK), but a little higher compression than the USDM.

Well, seeing as how the car still has the old oil filter on, which is dirty (obviously), the "new" oil you put in is already dirty, I guarantee it. Might as well do it right.
