Change the spark plug wires. What happened to me was the wires measured out okay, so I changed rotor and distrib cap, spark plugs. Car ran great to work. Driving home after work, misfire returned....

Could it be that the ECU is not compatible with the swapped engine. Too lean? Maybe it is the sensor being read wrong by the ECU. Can't say for sure though. You would have to look at the system...

Is it draining your battery? Check for a short.

If the battery is strong, check for an error in your wiring.

Those codes say "misfire" but don't say what is causing it. Best to use good troubleshooting. Is your sluggish idle caused by something you know? It might be tied in to the misfiring. What did...

What RonJ said. Try to duplicate it at home. Try to isolate whether it is fuel or spark related. Gotta go from there.

The switch is a separate part from the key lock cylinder (the part with the key). Need to check for your model, how to get in and separate the two. I did it for my Accord, so it likely is...

It's that funky Honda ignition switch. The telltale diagnosis is that it keeps running when you hold the key on the run (not starter engage) position. You could buy a new ignition switch and change...

While checking everything, also check the ignition switch cause when that's going bad, the engine will cutout and die (at the same time the whole dashboard goes dead). But that does not explain why...

Have you checked the ground wire all the way to the chassis, not just at the terminal, for your battery? Since the engine starts when you jump it, sounds like your battery ground is not good...

That's right. The key will match the original factory locks. So if the cylinders had never been changed, the key based on your VIN will work.

multiple clicks = battery discharged

A good jump start should have worked if your battery is low.

A jump start would not help a bad...
