The rest of the car is fine. All major preventative maintenance has been done.

I have a good condition Civic Si which I'm asking $1800 for. I think thats more than reasonable.

Not purposely. I'm not trying to hide anything.

I've never EVER had any problems with any of these findings that the mechanic speaks of. The power steering has ALWAYS performed without issues...
