I had Greddy E-Manage on my Turbo Integra for like 2 months before I switched to Hondata S300.
For what you are talking about I think it would work.

I had a wideband O2 on my S2K and when I put on the test pipe it became more lean.
It was at about an A/F ratio of 11-12.5 and then with the test pipe it became 12.8-14.5.
