Looks like this, except the gray part is a dark yellow, has a carbon kevlar look to it....

like use the ones from your stock seats, so all of the harnesses can plug in

T1R is prob your only choice, and easy to get

mine broke at the ball-bearing, it just came loose and made lots of sounds, loose ball-bearings are no good

theres basically no other way of fixing...
