Icon6 Re: ~$750 to replace LCA bushings?? DIY tips please :)

I just replaced the whole LCA. It was not too hard and I didn't need a press.

FWIW, I asked the dealer to do it and they said it was roughly the same price (parts and labor) to just replace the...

Re: problem with gas door on 05 ex sedan (gerdaland)

Try pushing the door open by hand while somebody pulls the release lever. If it opens, then the spring clip inside the door popped loose. If it dosen't open, it's the cable.

Yes, they are interchangeable. I believe you need to use the same bulb holders that came with the housings.

Re: (skipbarber)

I've got the same problem. The dealer said my regulators were worn out and needed replacing for the low low cost of $800 total. I just decided to live with helping the window up with my other hand.

Re: FV-QR (toyomatt84)

I had a similar problem where I failed to close the bleeder valve all the way. It would only come out when I braked and eventually I had low fluid. The obvious telltale sign was that the entire...

Re: (wickedbautista)

My guess is that they replaced the rear bumper with one from an EX, or would that be the trunk? The trim level badge is on the bumper for sedans, and on the trunk for coupes I think.

Re: (ajgrosch716)

Sounds like a textbook headlight switch recall to me. It was in the old FAQ, but didn't seem to make it to the current FAQ.
