My 95 vtec with slight mods is slower than my stock 96?

So here's the story my friend works at a dealership got me a deal on a 95 vtec it had 127k miles when I bought it..it has a dc header, intake, aem cam gears?(not sure why..but I'm sure they are stock...

what wires to i tap into to install kill switches in my 92 lude?

Damn almost 4gs not including labor? Eff that she got hers done from my mechanic for 2000 flat and its a black top not red top type s lookin motor?

For 20hp gain ill go from obd2 to obd1 anyday..I got the conversion harness in my garage. But how can I get ahold of that 220hp h22 besides 5th gen just get a 96?

I don't want to do that cause I've went that route before its cool but its nothin to the 5th gen I drove..it walked a friends suppposeably fast integra b20vtec si tranny all bolt ons yada yada h22s...
