Is Car OBD2 Compliant? If so the only way to set the idle is with a HDS or go through the prescribed idle relearn program. It's not hard, Talk to your nearest Honda Pro for the correct info.

No. What the guys are saying is that different size tires will give a different reading, Just like your speedometer. The one relucter may turn a different speed than the others.

DTC#43 Fuel system problem. More than likely your O2 Sensor is failing. Good points from all. I do alot of indepth work with ECUs and PCMs which makes me a little sensitive to things.
