50w ballast would typically drop color temp by 1000K due to increased intensity, so yes that may be what you are experiencing once going back to 35w ballast, in your case you have gained approx....

Strange issue on my 1995 Accord wagon.
Automatic door lock mechanism keeps auto-locking door after initially being locked by key.
I didn't think anything of it until after about 5 days of it...

Which sensor is CEL 6 for?

I believe the thermostat ground was relocated by previous owner, there are no wires attached at factory t-stat ground location.
Car cranks, won't start, spark plugs are dry after cranking, not...

I had my suspicions on the ignition switch as well.
So yesterday I went ahead and replaced the starter with a known good one and the issue still persists.
Ignition switch is next.

measured the voltage on the small starter terminal during attempt to start and got 8.85V ??

They are called 4-lug universal wheels, you can use them on either 4x100 bolt pattern or 4x114.3 bolt pattern.
