Yes when I bought the car it came with the chipped P28. The car runs excellent just has a high idle. I thought maybe because of no O2 sensor but that's why I made this post to get some feedback.

it's a chipped P28 with the OBD2-OBD1 conversation harness but I will take a picture tomorrow.

The connections in the original dizzy were rusted and corroded. Honda distributors are discontinued or I would have bought a brand new one from them. Majestic Honda also shows no coil part(looked up...

I seen a video on You tube that says if I put the test light on the negative side of the coil and start it, the light should pulse meaning the ICM is working properly. Does that sound right?

So its fixed! Car still wont start but that's because the ignitor or coil went somewhere along the line when trying to start the car. New Dizzy on the way! Thanks for all the help!

So I took the chassis to tranny ground off and used a piece of sand paper to scuff up both sides then re-installed ground. Also took the new starter back and got another new starter and new battery...

Oh yeah I also replaced the starter wire with a new one also put a new female connector on the signal wire.
