Msd Digital 6 rev limiter causes check engine but turns off

Its like having the check engine light as a shift light but I don't have that setting hooked up. Is there any reason that the digital 6 plus would be causing a check engine light to flash upon...

Car runs flawless with the head have no complaints just wish i could have made more power. I have skunk 2 tuner 3s on the side how would they compare to jun 3s and my current set up?

Hytech small tube replica header, 3.5" intake and velocity stack , to 2..5" exhaust out a mugen twin loop and the head is ported by portflow

ultra late update but got everything swapped and tuned not the results i was looking for but still happy with the mid range gains graph doesnt have the overlays but with the portflow head basicaly...

Alright sticking with the spec cs then , now the question is what valvetrain combo should I go with as there overdue for replacement. Also who would you guys recommend for a port job?

Whitesihatch I have hytech rep header skunk2 ultra manifold with 70mm tb and 3.5" intake with vstack. Through a 2.5" mugen twin, injectors are rc 550cc.

Alright so I have a 99 civic lx with a lsv and obd1 p28, when I did the swap I used a b16 distributor housing with the internals from my stock y7 distributor. Everything worked flawlessly for 3 yrs...
