I'm sure it's not over filled because I let all the gas out of the line already. But so your saying if it is over filled that would cause the belt to slow down and struggle, making my battery light...

check spark plugs, check IACV, check intake...

check spark plugs, check IACV, check intake manifold for leaks, vacumm leaks, coolant leaks, or coolant might need bleeding, could be bad o2 sensor, could be alot of things, i never figured it out...
