The stuff that looks silver on the pics are actually super slippery molycote assembly lube for the cams.

Indeed, I would add some crankhouse vent to the package, but yes 200 would easy be acheved With 1,8litre.

The test is done to see what I can achieve without spending to much, so that I could have something to offer to ppl that want to buy "hp in a box" fairly mild cams, and a great head upgrade.

Sir the pistons give 13CR on stock cchambers. This head is milled and reworked.. 15.5:1 CR ratio on this one.

S80 trans around ~6:1 finaldrive I belive.

If you se on the dynograph you can see the gear ratio, exept that it is done in fourth so it will show a little higher than the actual final drive

Soo, the 1,6 got boring.. figured out that we wanted to build from an old CRV block in the junk..

The funny thing is when we started the project we wanted to convert it to run VTEC rockers, along...

I totally agree on that.
As why we installed a simple (WET) singlefogger, but for safety, also ran ecu controlled ignition timing.

This car is not a drag car and it just needed something extra to...

I believe ppl with realtime experience tuning the small B16, know that there is potencial to make it spin fairly easy over 200whp mark. and ppl reading others may have...

The worst case scenario is that the mixture gets on the rich side when pressure drops, and then you fill the tank again, dont see the problem with that, I never empty the tank since you pay per kg it...

Did both, once the button is pressed the ecu is configured to adjust timing advance vs rpm.
The Wet single is a faily easy system to do, choos the right fuel/nitrous jets and you are all good to go....
