Autozone can't give you the correct size belt ? Do you not have any other autoparts stores in your area ? You need to buy a shop manual for your car and read up.

take your intake off put your fingers over to the 2 small holes in your throttle body. If this helps post back and ill walk you through what to do. TPS won't make it idle like that but you should...

you can turn the motor over with the cams but you risk making it skip a tooth because your putting alot of force on the timing belt. I always turn the motor over by the harmonic balancer bolt.

you can't turn the motor over by the cams. You need to get the Honda manual and read because you are going to bend some valves.

did you grease the pivot point on the slave cylinder ? Where it pushes on the shift fork.

Are you using the F22b dohc engine harness ? If not take the Harness that plugs into the external coil pack and cut the plug off . Next loop the blue and yellow/black together.

You will have to buy them install them and check clearances. Do you have the Honda manual for your car ? If not buy one you will learn alot. I just used standard ACL bearings in my h23vtec rebuild...
