Personally (IF) I were that worried about how the fuel pump cover looked, I'd go to passwordjdm.com and buy a carbon cover. But I would assume a pad of steelwool and a lil elbow grease would help you...

Re: D16Z6 Turbo (95phoenEX)

just dont buy a kit from a big company such as edelbrock or turbonetics or greddy. You can save yourself alot of money by piecing a kit together, IF youdecide to go that route

Re: Motor Choice for 94' del Sol! Help me decide! (1992vxhatch)

If you dont want to boost it get some pistons that will raise the compression a bit, get a head and do little port work and get said bolt-ons.

I just used a grinder to remove all the cancered metal then fiberglassed the hole with a light layer of bondo to make it smooth.

Re: car idles eratically like a iacv already replace (aquabob89)

You might want to check your fast idle. That was the problem with mine. About 10 minutes in the garage and it idled great and still does.

Re: lmk what you guys think- honda del sol turbo! (turbo_sol)

What year is it? I'd suggest looking up the blue book value on (www.kbb.com) and judging it from there. Personaly I'd take 3000 for it considering it doesn't have any type of fuel management on it.

Re: (ianae86)

Re: my rhd eg6 conversion (civictyper92)

Doesn't look like fun to do, but I'm sure the final product will be more then worth the time you've put in to it. Can't wait to see the final pic.

Re: Do you guys REALLY like the fit? (plugg'd)

Not a big fan of hatches at all really. Even though the new style elongated looking hatches tend to be very comfortable, even with two 6' aruond 300 lbs guys sitting front to back.
