Hmm, thanks man. Ya my digital multimeter isn't fast enough to tell the pulses in the CPS sensor and other ones, it just read a steady 0.3 volts. And the test light woulkdn't even light up. As far as...

The ecu fuse is good, and has voltage to it...

Ok so I checked the crank sensor, camshaft sensor, and TDC sensor, all have 350 ohms which is in specs, and when I crank, I get about 0.3 to 0.4...

I downloaded the factory service manual and went through the step by step instructions on what to check. Mainly it had me check ecu grounds, power wires, and the main relay and wires, and everything...

If you want more torque, why not stroke the h22 or an h23 out, then put a supercharger on it. That'l give you plenty of torque plus be more cost effective and save you the headaches of trying to put...
