So they ecu sends power to sensor, then sensor sends signal back to tach?

Does the power it needs come from battery or ecu? I checked all my fuses n both places and they were not blown but could this be a fuse issue?

Okay, I have a test light....with key in "on" position, there should be power at sensor? Plug on top

Does the vss need power? Like the plug that's on top of sensor. It has 3 wires. Does one of them put power to sensor n tranny? Or does the part inside tranny spin as is moves, and sends a signal to...

Yea, I just pulled cluster back out and yea there's no cable....I don't have a multi meter to test voltage :(

A cable? Yea it has been removed recently...I dnt remember seeing a cable tho. Just the 2-3 plugs...I'll check it out again...thanks bro

My tuners a cool dude and he knows his stuff so ultimately, I will go with what he recommends but just wanted to get some opinions and/or facts from other builds or what not.

Yea my power goal is to break 400whp....it's pretty hot here in south Texas so it dnt get driven a whole lot during the heat but I'd like to b able too if need be. But she won't see full throttle...
